windows open, breeze pouring in, ceelo on the stereo. dancin' & making moves & feeling gloriously myself. something about the change in the air, how we're always moving, leaves fluttering.

time for a swim & a romp & then downtown bethesda for music & dancing, then everything going dark in a movie theatre far away.

soon there will be little white christmas lights everywhere, the feeling of winter, and every loved, well-worn favorite song playing me through my favorite season.

dark wash jeans & camel riding boots. tight black yoga leggings and cableknit sweaters, pearls and silver. dressing in layers, cozy cashmere sweaters and scarves, soon peacoats, all zipped up and the flush on my cheeks from being a little saucy. spiced & sometimes spiked apple cider, cold hands feeling for warmth.

used to be a summer girl. now fall is my jam.
