i listened to them for ages. 'life kicks you in the ass' i said quietly. they all nodded, understanding more and feeling less.he looks at me in the sun and talks to me. talks to get it all out. everyone is there but he looks at me. directs the words at me. tells me what makes him angry. asks if i am going to the show. i am not as enthusiastic as i should be: as i am. i've got wheels and i've got motion and little words can make sleepy days feel good.
