When you feel healthy, you look healthy. Your skin will glow, your hair will shine, your energy level will rise, and you'll feel great. Wouldn't you like to look and feel your best? It begins with learning to accept yourself and not being too critical. Look beyond blemishes, wrinkles, bad hair days, and numbers on a scale. These things do not make you who you are as much as you do. That's why keeping a positive attitude about yourself is so important.
